Joshspecializes in representing and advocating for seriously injured individuals. Josh’s practice areas include motor vehicle crashes, slip/trip and falls, dog bites, work injuries, assaults, and construction accidents. Since joining the Law Offices of Samuel Fishman in 2019, Josh has successfully litigated dozens of cases.
Josh obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University – Bloomington where he studied Political Science and History, and was on the Dean’s List. Josh earned his law degree at Temple University Beasley School of Law while on a Law Faculty Merit Scholarship. During his time in law school, Josh completed Temple’s nationally acclaimed year-long Integrated Trial Advocacy Program, served as the Vice President of the Jewish Law Student Association, and worked for the Defender Association of Philadelphia; advocating on behalf of indigent criminal defendants before judges, trial commissioners, and bail commissioners. Josh was also named a Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society Fellow for his dedication to public service.
Josh has been a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. Josh also serves as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia County.
